About Villa Grace

Villa Grace is located in a quiet urbanization less than 15 minutes drive from Blanes and only 10 minutes from the Catalan village of Tordera, where one of the largest markets in the area is located every Sunday. Really recommended!

The holiday villa consists of 2 separate living areas.
The ground floor apartment has a fully modern kitchen, living room with TV, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (spacious, luxurious and fully furnished with toilet, bidet, sink and large shower) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. From the kitchen and the living room you step onto the terrace to the pool. And via a few steps you reach the separate barbecue corner with a stone barbecue and a long, fixed table where everyone can eat a delicious snack.

Through the stairs in the driveway you reach the upstairs apartment with a separate entrance. Here you have access to the spacious balcony with a wide view and the sea in the distance. Upstairs you will also find a spacious fully furnished living room with TV (satellite) and a number of bathrooms and bedrooms. With a staircase you go to the top floor of the villa where there are also a number of bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom. This floor has a very spacious terrace with a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea and the Catalan landscape!

In short, a wonderful holiday home where everything has been finished down to the last detail!
