The villa is divided into four apartments, with the two largest connected by a door. On the top floor, you'll find a very spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, the largest of the four. From the living room, doors open to a covered balcony at the front of the villa. Take the stairs down to reach the floor with four bedrooms and a bathroom.
Through the connecting door, you enter the second apartment, which has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. From the parking area, a staircase leads to the third apartment, also equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms.
From this apartment, you can access the stairs leading to the terrace by the pool and the last apartment, which also features a kitchen and a bedroom suitable for three to four people. Of course, you can also reach the apartment and the pool from the garden.

"Piscine, espaces verts magnigiques"
"Maison en très mauvais état, voire délabrée, Gros problèmes de sécurité, c'est honteux, fils électriques apparents dénudés, problèmes électriques (on ouvre le lave vaisselle, on prend 1 poignée de chataigne, pas la terre de branchée), pas d'eau chaude dans 1 logement,, pas de volet, pas de rideaux, tringle à rideaux cassée, lit cassé, pas de lumière dans l'escalier, ménage non fait, cuisine sous sol inondée à notre arrivée, état de saleté générale, 1 page et demie de malfaçons !
C'est honteux, je vous envoie les photos dans un mail à côté, nous n'avons jamais vu ça, location insalubre et dangereuse...
Lors de la venue du technicien le jeudi (arrivée le samedi), il a été surpris de l'état et à lui même reconnu que la maison était en très très mauvais état !
Les gens de l'agence ne viennent pas voir l'état des locations entre chaque ce n'est pas possible...
Remise commerciale demandée pour l'année prochaine.

"Me and my friends from Germany enjoyed our holiday in Villa Jaruco.
The Villa is very spacious. With 3 (4) separated appartments, there is enough space even for groups up to 22 persons. The kitchens are mostly fully equipped. Unfortunately the only dish washer was out of function during our stay.
The pool area/terrace is very broad, too.
In addition to that, we were very content with the service provided by the local service office."
"Major points of improvement:
1. The tap water system was mostly out of function during the first two days of our stay. After one day waiting for supply from the service office, the problem was fixed on day three.
2. As mentioned above, the dishwasher was out of function.
3. Only little pans in the kitchens equipment.
4. To dispose the waste was a little difficult due to the fact that in "Condado del Jaruco", the district the villa is placed, no garbage skips are present. Indeed the waste was picked up on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, by a local waste management company, but you have to take care of the rest of your waste on the other days.
5. (for younger travel groups) There are quite strict rules for behavior (e.g. night rest times...) given by the service office. (understandably for young "party travel groups")."

"schade vooraf mag beter vermeld worden, wij troffen de eerste dag allerlei kapotte spullen aan die niet vertelt waren tegen ons. Je kan alleen voor noodgevallen of andere zaken een berichtje sturen. Ik persoonlijk denk dat het makkelijk is als er naar een nummer gebeld kan worden dat ook Engels of Nederlands spreekt.
Er werd ook niks vertelt over dat wij 5 sleutels hadden die elk een deur konden openen. Na 2 dagen kwamen wij daar achter en moesten we elke sleutel bij een passende deur proberen."
