The entrance greets you with a sense of luxury. The hallway is spacious and features a beautiful natural stone floor. To the left, you'll find a stunning bathroom with a generous walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. On the right, there's a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed. At the end of the hallway, you step into the spacious and bright living room, complete with a dining area and seating area, furnished with beautiful, sustainable furniture. Two sliding doors lead to the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air. The adjacent kitchen, with a natural stone countertop that extends on three sides, offers everything you need. Through a sliding door, you access the large terrace, from which you can even catch a glimpse of the sea!

On the lower floor, you'll find four additional bedrooms, each with sliding doors to the terrace where the private pool is located. Here, too, great care has been taken with the design of the bathrooms, featuring beautiful tiles and spacious walk-in showers.
