The villa is divided into three apartments. Two of the apartments are directly accessible from the terrace, each featuring a cozy kitchen and a bathroom. The second apartment offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a seating area, one with two single beds, and the last with a single bed.
You can reach the third and largest apartment via a staircase from the terrace. Here, you'll find a spacious living room that seamlessly flows into a large kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances. From the kitchen, you have access to two terraces. This apartment features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing a total of six sleeping places.

"Beim Ankommen wurden wir im Büro sehr nett begrüßt und bekamen auch gleich den Code für den Schlüssel (es ist vor der Villa eine Box).
Der Transfer hin und zurück (Flughafen Barcelona) hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Auch wenn die Villa auf einem Hügel liegt und somit etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, war es kein Problem dort hin zu kommen - entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi, das sehr günstig war. Nur das Einkaufen beim nächstgelegenen Aldi war zu Fuß etwas mühsam. "
"Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir natürlich nach Mängeln gesucht - und diese dann auch schnell gefunden. In der oberen Wohnung war der Geschirrspüler kaputt (der einzige des ganzen Hauses!), eine Balkontür war nicht zu öffnen, der Duschvorhang war kaputt, bei einem Doppelbett (das Zimmer neben der Eingangstür) war der Lattenrost nicht ordentlich montiert und es war prinzipiell nicht komplett sauber. In der unteren linken Wohnung war die Dusche undicht. In der unteren rechten Wohnung gab es bei einem Zimmer (das kleine ohne Fenster mit dem Stockbett am Eingang) kein Licht bzw. war dieses kaputt, und der Kasten wo eigentlich das Geschirr sein sollte roch sehr modrig und war teilweise schimmlig. Nach Ablaufen der ersten 24h kamen wir noch auf weitere Mängel drauf: beispielsweise war in der unteren rechten Wohnung ein Lattenrost komplett durchgebrochen. Generell fehlte eine Glühbirne draußen bei der Bar, einige Lichter konnte man nicht einmal einschalten, der Kopf der Buddah Figur war bereits kaputt, der Tischtennistisch war so klebrig, dass er nicht zu benützen war, die Tischtennisschläger kaputt und die Kissen rochen so, als ob sie noch nie gewaschen wurden.
Nachdem wir die Mängel gemeldet haben, kam am nächsten Tag jemand vorbei - er konnte weder Englisch noch Deutsch, und wir kaum Spanisch. Zwar wurden der Duschvorhang und die Tischtennisschläger ausgewechselt, aber von seinem Versprechen, dass morgen jemand vorbei schauen würde und den Geschirrspüler und das Balkonfenster reparieren würde, wurde nichts. Außerdem ist es eine Frechheit, dass Überwachungskameras in den Wohnzimmern und im Freigelände angebracht sind, da davon nichts in den AGB's steht. "
