When you step into the villa, you'll find the spacious kitchen and cozy living room on this floor. From both areas, you can walk directly onto the generous terrace, where you can relax and take in the beautiful panorama.

In the hallway, you'll find the stairs leading down to two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both rooms have access to an enclosed sunroom. From this sunroom, you can walk outside to reach the third, also spacious bedroom, which also has a bathroom.
